Shell & Bones presents An Evening with Jonathan Edwards Winery
Shell & Bones Oyster Bar and Grill is hosting a Jonathan Edwards Winery dinner on Wednesday, January 10 at 6:00pm. The four-course menu includes a Jonathan Edwards wine pairing with each course; the food menu includes: Honduran Style Scallop Ceviche, Foie Gras Torchon with Kumquat, Golden Raisin Compote, Ginger Crusted Salmon with Creamy Mushroom Grits, Red Wine Reduction, and American Lamb, Roasted Garlic, Cumin, Black Olives, Mint Cous Cous.
